Even if you haven’t joined our FFP brotherhood there a mound of information and inspiration on this show! Thank you Dr. Anthony Balduzzi and Staff for keeping this show going!!
Just listened to the Gary Brummett interview about high school weight at 60. What an inspiration. At 57 gives me a huge goal to achieve. Podcast was very informational. I love the concept of weekly totals for reps. I get discouraged when I can only do a few push ups at a time. Now I am going to look at a weekly, larger number to achieve. Thank you!
I enjoyed listening to James Flaherty’s take on aging. He’s 15 years older than me, so I appreciated his ideas.
I am just starting on Fit Father but definitely encourage giving it a try. These podcasts are awesome places to continue to learn and be encouraged! The best thing is anyone can do it! It is built for the normal guy but will push you as hard as you want to be pushed!! Well done Dr A and team!!
Dr. Anthony has put a lot of time and knowledge into his program and this podcast. I get challenged regularly by these podcasts as well as encouraged and motivated by the guys who share their stories. This is always worth your time!
