Thoroughly Fascinating Interview! Of course we all know the Simpsons...but how intriguing to hear of the adventures and experiences Mark encountered before arriving at his destination. I really enjoyed his time with Disney, having grown up in the 50's and 60' myself. To hear how these animators worked so hard and were very dedicated (And worked for not much pay) and then shared their knowledge and experience with the young, up -and- coming animators- Very Inspiring! It is so wonderful to actually here a wonderful podcast of artists being interviewed by an actual artist!! Someone who gets it, and understands the hard work and dedication that is put into creating an art form on a professional level. Marie Ross’ Podcast is refreshing, inspiring, and I can’t wait to hear more!!
What a lovely podcast! I came across Fidelio while looking for Bloomsday-related podcasts and became instantly hooked. Marie has an engaging style and a thoughtful approach to her interviews. Her topics are enlightening to me and might also be to anyone who wouldn’t normally find interest in the classics.
I was impressed listening to the people interviewed by Ross. Insightful questions, sometimes challenging, and feels honest, casual and engaged. Seems like she actually researches the person and their work before which gives it strength.
Informative and entertaining look at the world of the arts from a unique perspective. Great interviews and insights.
Love this podcast!!! All the episodes are so different and each one of them is interesting! So great that independant programs like this one can exist in the world today! I started listening because of the pink hair and wasn't disappointed!! :-)
A very thought-provoking and fascinating podcast! Highly recommended for anyone - easy to understand also for us who do not work in the arts. Great listening!
I so much like to listen to Marie’s sweet voice: time flies away when I listen to her podcasts! She is so gifted, it’s just like traveling and meeting wonderful people with an exceptional guide. Her questions are smart and allow us to really discover hidden sides of a new personality. A great way to meet art and people who live it. Please keep going Marie!
