These stories are great when told by the storytellers. The host talks and talks and talks and talks…I fast fwd through at least the first 5 minutes of his chattering, then fast fwd in between each story through more chattering, then end it 5 mins early knowing there will be all the talking. I’m sure he’s a great person and it’s his podcast and he can do what he wants, but I teeter on unfollowing bc of ALL THE CHATTERING. It’s way overstimulating and takes away from the stories and story tellers.... more

The premise is stories that people thought they would never share in public, but then everyone I’ve listened to as a stand-up comedy routine, which is counter to the premise and why I came here in the first place. There’s no risk to that, these guys do this for money and chuckles and fans. I was let down, I expected some real secret stories, but was left wanting.
