As title says. Stupid guest who thinks everyone is out to get them. Not worth your time.
I found this podcast to be fascinating and interesting and very helpful. However, I found Abel James guest’s running down AA, arrogant and pompous. A health-forward, longevity- and performance-driven show featuring deep-dive conversations with experts across medicine, neuroscience, nutrition, fitness, entrepreneurship, and music. The episodes consistently explore circadian biology, gut health, brain health, and practical lifestyle strategies, often integrating debates about conventional medicine, personal sovereignty over health data, and emerging tech like crypto or AI. Notable strengths include high-caliber guests, actionable health and performance takeaways, and a willingness to tackle controversial ideas with nuance. The format tends toward long-form, thoughtful discussion with a focus on sustainable, real-world application rather than surface-level soundbites.
