One thing for sure Ari clearly shows his bias. He always brings up carnivore and keto because he hates those diets and he tries to get gas on that don’t like them either and then they rag on about those diets and the studies that proof plant diets are better, but I do like his interviewees and they are quite varied and his questions are comprehensive however, he doesn’t let the guest talk enough. He goes on and on and then gives the guest a little space. I don’t really like that.
Ari always has good music info on his podcasts as presented by good experts
Should note that Dr. Dan has passed away, 2023. RIP to this brilliant doctor, he brought so much to us Al who followed him.

A rigorous health-focused show that centers on strategies to boost energy, reduce fatigue, and optimize mitochondrial and metabolic health. Episodes frequently feature researchers, physicians, and nutrition experts who discuss how gut health, minerals, hormones, and environmental factors influence energy production and resilience. A standout pattern is a willingness to challenge conventional thinking with evidence-based, sometimes controversial, perspectives, while offering practical, actionable steps listeners can apply in daily life. The host's devils-advocate style tends to push guests to justify claims and surface nuanced trade-offs, making it a compelling listen for listeners who want depth, scientific rigor, and real-world applicabili... more
