  • Science based research for amateur chasing a professional mindset

    I subscribe to a good few pods and read ‘everything’. At last a Matt is the content provider who doesn’t have sell. Just science explained and delivered. While invested in the sport he does not seem to have angle and therefore the content is balanced. He is clearly an educator. Looking forward to more.
