  • When compared to listening to the men, the women seem to speak at a very fast pace that is also varied pace and hard to listen to. Part of the problem may be that I'm in my late 60's, and from the USA.

The transition has been positive; I enjoy the new role and the challenge it brings. I'm motivated by the potential to improve the team's performance.
