Jim and Katie provide really useful bite sized insights throughout each episode that makes them digestible and keep the momentum of the episode moving (which I think a lot of endurance sports podcasts lack). Love every ep!

Their thoughtful curation of topics, prepared and organized discussion, sharing of real-life experiences, and accessible guidance (for new and tenured athletes and all in between) always leave me with multiple useful nuggets, and validate that my experiences are not singular to me. Plus, they are really fun and conversational and easy to list... more

  • Great podcast

This is a very informative and data driven podcast. Katie and Jim are able to produce a high-quality podcast with conversational style that is easy to listen to. Real life experience and decades long research by the hosts is a perfect blend for those who are just starting out or have been doing triathlon for years. Also, the addition of personal examples with paces, watts and times make it very helpful for those of us looking to get that extra 1-2%. Thank you Jim and Katie.
