  • Wow!

I’m so thankful I found this podcast! The mental game has been the missing piece to my daughter elevating her game. Coach Bri does the best job I’ve seen teaching mental training. “Bad coach”? Meltdowns? Game day anxiety? She addresses these topics and much more.

  • What to say challenge

Bre’s advice is so impactful but also simple and easy to implement. Three days in and I’m already seeing a difference in how my daughter is communicating with me about not only her game but also about all of the other challenges she faces in her day-to-day!

  • Like it but constant plugs for their program

I really like this podcast. I think I would listen more if it didn’t seem like every episode had a plug for their mental elite program that you can buy. It’s at the beginning, during breaks and sometimes at the end of almost every episode. Otherwise, love!

  • Encouraging

I find Bre so encouraging to listen to. She helps me focus on what I as a mom can control. She has been such an encouragement these last few months as my daughter has walked through a time of discouragement and has been finding joy in her sport again.
