    I recently found this podcast as a soon to be RD looking for good information. Claire is amazing at communicating complex topics in a simple way that is informative for both athletes and those studying nutrition. I am inspired to work with endurance athletes someday and really enjoy this information as a runner myself. Highly recommend!

    Really enjoying Claire’s show. She shares lots of really good information that has helped me as I’m training for a half marathon. It’s been over 15 years since I did one and the nutrition information available now can be overwhelming so great to learn from Claire.

    I am so happy I found this podcast. As an under fueled endurance athlete, I find it so helpful to have Claire and her guests present useful information pertinent to my situation. Many of her guests are other RDs and offer further insight into fueling and recovery.
