Welcome back to the Macros 101 series. If you missed Part 1, go back to Episode 10 first, because today builds directly on that foundation. Part 1 was the what and the why. Today is the question everyone actually came here for: what should my macros ... more
Every time I post about why I don't recommend HIIT for the women I work with, I get some pushback in the comments. And honestly? I get it. Taken out of context, "don't do HIIT" sounds extreme. So today I wanted to use the podcast to give you the full... more

I recently started following Kassie on Instagram and have been listening to her podcast. I love the way she presents inflammation, very straightforward, short episodes, but really makes it relatable. She has great information and really talks about the simplicity of things and tells it like it is. I love hearing about her story. I love that she’s also in her 40s experiencing similar things as women in that age group. Highly recommend

Very easy to understand with practical action steps for women in midlife who are focusing on body recomp. I look forward to each episode!
I don’t usually like podcasts… the ads, the banter and guests… but this is so straight forward and wonderful and relatable. Thank you so much for creating this for us! I look forward to the episodes!
