    I could love this podcast more if I tried! I love how Kassie makes things easy to understand, no BS approach and is still caring and empathetic. I’ve got 5 kids, am a stay at home mom, and I HATE cooking. There, I said it. I dread having to prepare food, especially when there are so many different opinions on my house. Kassie helps me to feel okay making chicken strips when I have to and my kids will be okay and I still will hit my macros. I love hearing her give ideas on easy but healthy things... more
