    This episode was one of my favorites! Getting the viewpoint of your spouse is so helpful. My husband was feeling so many of these same things and hearing that other men are struggling to make sense of menopause as much as we are has opened the door to better conversation and connection.

    New to this podcast, I started to listen to the episode on hot flashes and felt anxious right away listening to the hosts. When they spoke about women experiencing hot flashes it came off as blaming the women if they didn’t know they were having one and/or if they didn’t do something about having them. The hosts talked about what inflammation dies in the body but I don’t think they realized how they were speaking also is inflammatory.     I listen to dozens of menopause podcasts and these ladies are the BEST! They keep it real, and are so honest and transparent about their own menopause journeys. I’m pretty well versed by now on all things menopause but inevitably I pick up some nugget of wisdom from these smart ladies! Keep up the great work!
