If you, too, were raised in a cult that your friends and family are gaslighting you into thinking was an actual religion sent to the white people of America to save them from the evil brown people of … also America, this is the podcast for you. Seriously though, it is incredibly validating to hear other people agree that reformed Egyptian is fake, men shouldn’t marry dozens of teenagers, and a multi billion dollar church doesn’t need my meager two mites for me to get into heaven in a veil and a ... more

  • Validating, Informative and Hilarious

I’m maybe part of the smaller percentage that listens to this podcast that is still “active” Mormon. I stay in the Church for the good stuff and have lots and lots and lots and LOTS of boundaries for myself and children for all the toxic and wrong things. I love how validated your perspectives have made me feel. I must admit though, I am a sinner that also enjoys to drink and tell people the prophet and apostles are wrong about several really big things. more
