  • Am I getting enlightened or just getting old?!

I’ve been meditating on and off(though mainly off), for decades now. But since I started doing non-dual meditation with both the Sam Harris app and Dafty Tafty, it’s starting to properly blow my mind. So I’m looking forward to having someone else on the journey to maybe help to explain what’s happening to me. Or at least share the utter weirdness of what happens when you do this stuff. Am I finally connecting with the Universal Oneness, or am I just showing the signs of early-onset Alzheimer’s? ... more

  • Who needs Lee Mack?

Neil Webster does a fantastic job is still funny and navigate this show in his own direction

(Not that I don’t like Lee Mack)

This follow on from, “I can’t believe it’s not Buddha” - is a fun look at Buddhism; but there is still some real wisdom learning and teaching in it.

  • Recommend to anyone interested in this world

A brilliant podcast - funny, not taking itself too seriously, non-pretentious - for anyone wanting to know a bit or a bit more about Buddhism, mindfulness, meditation and all that goes along with it.
