My son has just been diagnosed with adhd and of all the adhd content out there I find this s the best.
I laugh out loud during every episode.
Keep up the good work.
I find this podcast quite variable but I’m trying to stick with it. Sometimes it feels like we’re just getting a performance from the hosts though, and that they don’t give the guests enough space to speak fully without constantly interrupting. (As an ADHDer I know this is hard not to do, but in the context of a podcast it feels important).

Mine’s pathological fear and mistrust of any medication is concerning. It’s a conspiracy theory level of bias which I find troubling because they are in a position to influence people. The other ADHD podcasts manage to be balanced and weigh up the facts and evidence. I wish Paul could balance out the bias by researching the evidence, and bringing some facts to the podcast regarding medication.
I’ve enjoyed this up until now but with each new series find myself getting more and more annoyed and frustrated with the amount of comedic interruptions from Paul and general talking over each other and the guests. I come here mostly out of interest to hear what the guests have to say about their experience of ADHD and although it’s entertaining their voices can often get drowned out (which I feel is rather disrespectful considering they’ve been asked to come on the show). Mine is obviously hig... more
Listening to Rob, made me want to cry - for that moment of yes! The agoraphobia, the nicotine tablets, the dyscalculia, the third day on holiday ! Yes yes yes ! I am not alone. Loved this, though the hosts talked over rob too much and often everyone was talking , which made me want to sit in a corner and rock myself for comfort 😂
