Your brain is convinced it knows how your love story ends. It's gathered all the evidence from your past and decided: this is just how it is. But your brain is not a fortune teller. It's a safety mechanism. And it is working with about 1% of the data... more
Okay, let's say finding love is 100% all luck. A few weeks ago I shared my take: finding love is proximity to opportunity plus courageous behavior in the face of it. I got a lot of comments that said, "You're wrong, it's just 100% luck." So let's run... more

This is a much overdo review! A friend recommended Lily to me almost 4 years ago and I was amazed at how much great info she gives away on this podcast. It was a relief to find a dating coach whose feminist beliefs aligned with my own.

of great advice that seems tailor-made for people like me, and some of her episodes have moved me to tears.
However, one nitpick I have is when she interviews folks that have taken her program, sometimes the conversation feels like one big advertisement for her programs, rather than a natural conversation. Of course there’s going to be some of that present, but sometimes I can practically hear the “TM” following the constant dropping of the names of her programs and pro... more
Just found Lily on Instagram and now can’t get enough of this podcast. Her book’s on the way and I can’t wait to dig in. I appreciate her positive take on all things and the practical tips we can walk away with.
Lily, I’m so glad I came across this podcast and your book! I love how you highlight how patriarchy and white supremely has influenced dating culture. I love how you encourage women to not settle for less and being the CEO of our love lives!
I discovered Lily Womble on TikTok, and I don’t even go on TikTok any more because her podcasts and dating & life advice have taken my focus off of the need to scroll for dopamine hits. This is real life-changing stuff. Whether you’re a woman or dating or a feminist or none of the above, her perspective on questioning cultural standards and biases and self empowerment & compassion is eye and mind opening. You know she genuinely cares about people or she wouldn’t work as hard as she does to give ... more
