  • Thinking better

I appreciate that what is presented is well thought out and presented confidently. Truax does concede that his mind can be changed on certain things, demonstrating confidence with humility. He also does not seem to panic like others that tend peddle fear and impending doom.

I do not agree on everything but think he is solid theologically on the most important points.

Media has both sexualized women in harmful ways while also providing positive representations, making it a complex issue.
EP453: For Real, I’m Going to Answer Pageant Questions | What Might We Regret is Happening Now?
Q: Should access to food be a human right?
Making food a human right assumes others must provide it for you, which is an unrealistic expectation in many contexts around the world.
EP453: For Real, I’m Going to Answer Pageant Questions | What Might We Regret is Happening Now?
Q: Does the bias against older people affect women more? How do we handle that?
The answer is nuanced, and much depends on individual circumstances rather than a blanket assumption that ageism affects women more.
EP453: For Real, I’m Going to Answer Pageant Questions | What Might We Regret is Happening Now?
Q: How do we balance body positivity against healthy living?
While celebrating self-acceptance is valuable, it's also crucial to promote healthy lifestyles, as not all body types are healthy.
EP453: For Real, I’m Going to Answer Pageant Questions | What Might We Regret is Happening Now?
Q: Is this a failure of society, and how would you address it?
The premise of the question is flawed; men's and women's athletic abilities differ inherently due to physical characteristics, thus competition should reflect these differences rather than attempt to equalize opportunities.
