    Excellent show!

    I think better than term limits for the Supreme Court would be a mandatory age of retirement. This would in fact work for all of Congress as well.

    We have a minimum age requirements to run for office including the Executive branch. Why not have a maximum age of retirement?

    Ex., if the mandatory age for retirement was 70 and someone was running for office at 68 years old and their term was more than two years, they would be unable to run or alternatively, they could run up to ... more

    The information presented is great.

    I stopped listening awhile back due to my frustration with Tims constantly rambling on and repeating himself reducing the reach of the show leading to too many unnecessary multi part episodes.
