  • LEGIT! MUST LISTEN

After careful consideration and research, this podcast and organization create a deep dive into the exploration of America's founding and what factors influenced it, both philosophically and religiously. Wallbuilders uses a mix of above primary sources and deep analysis to make sure that Americans know what America was founded on and to reject the revisionist ideology indoctrination in today's modern education system. I have been a huge fan of this organization and I hope that their resources co... more

  • Preserving judicial independence…

    Excellent show!

I think better than term limits for the Supreme Court would be a mandatory age of retirement. This would in fact work for all of Congress as well.

We have a minimum age requirements to run for office including the Executive branch. Why not have a maximum age of retirement?

Ex., if the mandatory age for retirement was 70 and someone was running for office at 68 years old and their term was more than two years, they would be unable to run or alternatively, they could run up to ... more

  • Great content..however

    The information presented is great.

I stopped listening awhile back due to my frustration with Tims constantly rambling on and repeating himself reducing the reach of the show leading to too many unnecessary multi part episodes.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Memorial Day Done Right - with Col. Kevin Bouren
Q: What does Memorial Day look like for service members and their families?
It involves honoring those who paid the ultimate price, supporting families with tangible acts of service, and acknowledging those affected by service-related risks, such as adverse vaccine reactions, through remembrance and practical help.
Memorial Day Done Right - with Col. Kevin Bouren
Q: What happened to you during the vaccine mandate and how did you respond?
I was medically excluded due to contraindications, then dismissed for refusing the shot; I chose to trust God and later led a task force to reinstate others, emphasizing informed consent and the possibility of reconciliation and back pay.
Article VII And The Declaration Link
Q: What does it take to remove a judge for bad behavior, and why is it so hard to remove them practically?
Impeachment is the constitutional mechanism, requiring a majority in the House and two-thirds in the Senate; it is difficult to achieve due to political realities and the tall threshold for removal.
Article VII And The Declaration Link
Q: Why should the current Senate not remove the 60-vote threshold and instead push common-sense policies like voter ID?
The speakers argue that the 60-vote rule serves as a check, prevents rapid power shifts, and that advancing policies should come through a durable consensus rather than expedient majoritarian moves.
Article VII And The Declaration Link
Q: I read Article 7 of the Constitution and I'm trying to find where it's dated back to the Declaration. How are these connected?
Article 7 is tied to the Declaration by dating the Constitution to the year of our independence, i.e., back to the Declaration rather than the end of the war, anchoring the Constitution in the Declaration's foundation.
