  • Absolutely love Core Rehab Program!!!

I’m 60+ years old with no kids … just wanted to see what I could learn from this Program. It is phenomenal! Erica explains things SO clearly and the step-by-step progression is amazingly well laid out. The information and methods provided debunk old/misinformed ways of doing things. Furthermore Erica, Jen and the rest of the team are SO helpful, friendly, and personable. I can’t say enough about this Program… I highly highly recommend!!!

  • Great podcast and AMAZING core rehab program

I have been listening to Erica’s podcast for a couple years and I absolutely love her enthusiasm and passion for teaching her listeners and clients about our bodies. I experienced a prolapse in July and started her core rehab program in August and I began really feeling the results in phase 3. I’m currently in phase 4 and am so amazed at how I continue to feel deeper and deeper connections. Great podcast. Legit program that works and you can do at home. I am a stay at home mom with a small side ... more

Kristin McGee on Women's Fitness: Strength, Core, and Longevity
Q: What do you say to women who might be overdoing cardio or not balancing it with other modalities?

Kristin McGee on Women's Fitness: Strength, Core, and Longevity
Q: Through all these years in the movement space, what is something you wish you would have embraced even younger?
Kristin reflects on shifting from a purely cardio-centric mindset to valuing a balanced mix of strength, mobility, and mindful movement early on, emphasizing how integrated training supports longevity and reduces injury. She notes the importance of flexibility and core work alongside strength, and how modern approaches favor sustainable, enjoyable movement rather than chasing a single modality.
#332: Thyroid Symptoms But Normal Labs? Here's What to Look At Next with Dr. Elena Genik
Q: Why is a full thyroid panel important beyond TSH?
Because TSH is influenced by multiple hormones and does not reflect active hormone status; testing free T3, free T4, reverse T3, and thyroid antibodies provides a clearer picture of thyroid function and whether autoimmunity is present, guiding treatment decisions.
#327: Burnout: How Cortisol, Minerals, and Digestion Affect Weight & Energy with Monika Eva
Q: What are some initial recommendations for helping improve gut absorption?
Chewing food properly can significantly improve absorption, along with adding bitter foods and possibly digestive enzymes.
