I’ve had this podcast saved for a while but just hadn’t gotten to it yet. Oh how I wish I started listening to it months ago! I just finished episode one, and I feel so called out and excited at the same time. Just about everything you described concerning struggles with confidence described me. Throughout, I kept saying uh huh, yep, ouch. Lol. Confidence in coaching and confidence overall has been something I’ve been working on.
