I’ve had this podcast saved for a while but just hadn’t gotten to it yet. Oh how I wish I started listening to it months ago! I just finished episode one, and I feel so called out and excited at the same time. Just about everything you described concerning struggles with confidence described me. Throughout, I kept saying uh huh, yep, ouch. Lol. Confidence in coaching and confidence overall has been something I’ve been working on. I’m looking forward to hearing more and implementing what’s needed... more
