The Colin McEnroe Show is public radio’s most eclectic, eccentric weekday program. The best way to understand us is through the subjects we tackle: Neanderthals, tambourines, handshakes, the Iliad, snacks, ringtones, punk rock, Occam’s razor, Rasputin, houseflies, zippers. Are you sensing a pattern? If so, you should probably be in treatment. On Fridays, we try to stop thinking about what kind of ... more

FANTASTIC show. This podcast makes me smarter and adds to my wellbeing. Thank you
Just a good show that is not a waste of time. I really enjoy you Colin.
The breadth of topics on this show is unmatched, and always delivered with wit, tact, and thoughtful insight, no matter the subject. I’ve been a listener for over a decade and I’ve never been bored by an episode. ONE STAR.
Need to hear more from the quest and less of the host. It plaques most podcast. With the exception of “ I’ll Drink To That”. The host, Levi Dalton is extremely knowledgable on the main topic but asks a question and gets out the way until the quest is finished replying. He understands it’s not about him, it’s about his quest.
I have enjoyed Colin McEnroe since he was an afternoon radio host. He is extremely intelligent and can talk about a large variety of topics. I don’t listen to all of the shows (just the topics that interest me) but the shows I do listen to are excellent.

A recurring strength is its willingness to challenge conventional wisdom, mix high-brow analysis with accessible pop culture, and bring firsthand industry perspective into wide-ranging discussions. Notable is the show's habit of assembling cross-disciplinary panels and inviting seminal thinkers alongside notable practitioners, which often yields fresh angles on timely cultural phenomena and media history... more
