Thanks so much for breaking down the individual strengths finding & creating more energy 🤗 very enlightening.
I’m listening to these and hearing a ton of “corporate speak” being used that is triggering some really horrible memories of companies that said all of these “team building/trust development” concepts, but actually operated from an iron fist perspective.
How do these strengths and attributes apply outside of the large corporate structures? I’ve got all of this info, but no applicable examples I can relate to (I do not work in the corporate world).
Still love u guys.
I love love love these podcasts and the language around strengths! I’m able to not only show up for myself but for my community/ team and clients with more purpose and inspiration- as I understand myself better, I understand others better as well. Strengths makes the world a brighter place! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
