I love the way he thinks and how he explains things that I normally over complicate. Been a listener for years and he’s helped me lose 50lbs. Thanks Chris!! Keep doing what you’re doing - you’re helping so many people who feel hopeless.
I’ve been following Chris for a while on TikTok but just now listened to the podcast. Everyone knows eat less calories and move more. Chris does an excellent job being a thought partner and working on the difficult aspects of weight loss that are often not considered.
I have tried to lose weight 20+ times. This has been the only thing that’s ever worked for me. I started in February. It’s been about five months now and I’ve lost 38 pounds. Thanks Chris for helping me get my life back. My health back. My energy back. I got the emotional component. I would’ve kept yoyo’ing through my whole life. I now spread your name to the people I love and care about because I know it works.
