  • Finally

I have tried to lose weight 20+ times. This has been the only thing that’s ever worked for me. I started in February. It’s been about five months now and I’ve lost 38 pounds. Thanks Chris for helping me get my life back. My health back. My energy back. I got the emotional component. I would’ve kept yoyo’ing through my whole life. I now spread your name to the people I love and care about because I know it works.

Can You Really Trust Yourself Around Food Again? - (217)
