I appreciate the accessibility of this podcast, which is grounded in actual science and the latest studies of obesity medications and treatments. We need more doctors who are willing to help patients distinguish the nonsense that floats around online from the actual science and no one I’ve found is doing this better than the Nadolsky brothers.
I started listening for glp-1 guidance and I wanted to like it but most of the episodes feel like a waste of time and two brothers competing to be the smartest rather than actually sharing info with their audience. not to mention the constant interrupting. the whole thing is unprofessional and hard to listen to
You guys are really pharma bias. You keep assuring listeners of the not getting paid…. Mmm!! I wonder??
Just listened to one episode so far but really appreciated their practical evidence based approach to weight loss. Reviewing the studies they sited will change my practice
My daughter has PCOS and has begun trizepatide and this podcast has been a great resource for information about Glp1’s, metabolic issues, weight loss, etc, etc. The style is laid back and interesting to listen to. Thanks, guys, for spreading great, science-backed information and sharing your personal experiences treating obesity and metabolic issues!
