First- Love the podcast!!! Thank y’all for what you do.

As a physician practicing obesity medicine, a lifelong exercise and sports enthusiast, and caretaker of a body (mine), I find this podcast essential. It spans the bridge for laypeople and those in healthcare. The reviews of medical evidence, expert scientific guests, and current important papers is great for my physician side; practical tips and analysis of web based truths and/or nonsense (and everything in between) helps me personally as well. Thanks guys!
This has become my favorite podcast. I find myself constantly waiting for the next episode to drop. It’s full of so much practical and useful information.
I began my GLP-1 journey and wanted to continue to gain more knowledge as I make future decisions. I found this podcast and have enjoyed it. I enjoy the guests they have and the information that is shared. There are other podcasts out there that provide good information, but I really enjoy the conversation that takes place and the humor along the way. While this may not be everyone’s cup of tea, if you’re looking for a relaxed way to listen and learn, this is it!
