After finding the podcast insightful I decided to give Onyx a go and what followed has quite possibly been the worst 6 months of my health to date. I was small when I started to begin with and ended up fluffy, bulky, poor sleep, stressed and told I was to blame. In my journey to heal I got some bloods done. My AST and thyroid were totally off as a result of underfuel... more
One of the few podcasts that actually tell people how it is with honesty and explanation
Loved the convo re: calories, fat loss & manifestation. Really resonates!
I’ve found Rachel and David’s podcast very helpful with my emotional eating. They really give it to you straight , but also explain the science behind a lot of our thinking in a non patronising and engaging way .
I had many moments where the Penny dropped around perfection and good / bad foods and the pressure we put on ourselves.
I’ve worked my way through most of the podcasts because the knowledge they share is invaluable
I have followed Rachel for many years back in the Ben Coomber days when she was in Australia. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to health and fitness. She tells it like it is and doesn’t sugar coat it. David is brilliant too. I love their honesty and the fun elements they bring to the podcast. I love to listen to it when I am lifting weights in our garage.
