  • Great Show!

    I’m a big fan of the podcast and YouTube channel. Very few people are willing to say the “h-word” (hunting) on a backpacking podcast or channel but the overlap between the two is undeniable. Quality information and an entertaining delivery. Keep up the great work!

    Emory is easy to listen to, has first-hand experience (so knows what he is talking about), but is humble enough to bring on a host of interesting, very-experienced guest to deep-dive into a wide variety of topics pertaining to backpacking, whether a couple of nights just off the road, or a weeks or months-long adventure across a continent.

The process began in September of 2015 when Kevin Fedarko hiked the length of Grand Canyon National Park with a friend, taking about 14 months to complete the project.
