I love this podcast because it’s full of great advice for creatives that’s easy to understand and implement! The hosts are lovely and heaps of fun to listen to, and they have some really good ideas about running a creative business!
Deb, Jess, and Mikaela bring the perfect mix of knowledge, skills, experience, personality, wit, and humor all wrapped into one wonderful podcast. Just finished listening to episodes 101 and 102 on pricing—so informative and helpful!
So easy to listen to this podcast! These girls are fun but also really know their stuff!
I’ve listened to every show and learn something new every time without fail.
Highly recommend this podcast to anyone who runs a small business, especially us solo hand-makers!
I love listening to these ladies! They have down to earth personalities and give us no fluff with running a handmade business. I loved episode 83 and it inspired me to start my Etsy shop and I have had 5 sales in my 1st month while using their tips of SEO and maximizing it. Thank you ladies for making such a helpful podcast and being honest and fun to listen to 😉
These ladies are smart, know their business, are honest and straight forward (no hype or click-bait here). Their advice is spot on and truly helpful if you have a small, product based business. Theirs is the first podcast in my ears every release! They are also funny and have great accents!
These three ladies know what they are talking about.
A lot of good hints and perspectives on many topics around the handmade business presented in a charming and motivating way for your shop and sales improvement.
@ TBOM: Thanks for all the awesome content!
See you all later, au revoir, byyyeeee :-)
If you are new to selling your handmade products online, I recommend you listen to these women. They give such helpful information and they keep it real all the time. They talk about why you need websites, which platform to choose(spotify vs Wordpress), why and how you need to raise your prices, how to improve your product photography, how to get started with selling in markets and how to keep realistic expectations. They are doing service to our community by giving all this knowledge for free.
I have really enjoyed listening to these wonderful ladies! My online baby clothing shop has been in the works for a while but since I have been listening I have became so much more serious. They have encouraged me to put in the time to prepare and I know it’s going to pay off when I finally have everything worked out before my first launch. It’s so great to be able to listen to tried and true advice from different perspectives and Mik, Jess and Deb are all so funny and have such a good chemistry... more
I’m just getting my business off the ground and am so glad to have found these 3 ladies! I love the encouragement that the podcast offers. Without actually saying it, they seem to be constantly looking me in the eye and saying “don’t be so scared- just do it! We know you can!” while giving me the practical tips to actually make it happen. Thank you thank you!!
I have been on a rollercoaster ride over the last two years, making jewellery and selling it on Etsy, starting with a sale every two weeks, a year later (with deb’s guidance on Tizzit) it was 60 a week and I was finding it hard to keep up. I stopped making and just bought in items I liked from artists and wholesalers.
A year later and I was selling 60 a day.
I didn’t know if I was in heaven or hell.
Two weeks ago Etsy closed my store. Taking me from £30,000 per month turnover to zero!!!

I only came across this podcast yesterday and I’m loving it! I was so fed up of looking for handmade business advice and only finding random people selling expensive e-courses etc shouting about how only they know the secrets with no back up or proof that they even know what they’re talking about.
This podcast is a complete breath of fresh air, I can’t believe how much I’ve learned already! I’m just at the point of starting to plan turning my pocket money hobby into an actual real life business... more
Every episode has such valuable information. Thank you Deb,Jess and Mik for your generous sharing of such relevant information all delivered in a friendly conversational style. @youmejp
