I have tried many breathwork podcasts and this is by far the best!
This is such a great podcast. I listened to almost all the epidodes and it’s basically like taking a breathwork course. Shame it’s not updated regularly anymore, I would definitely listen and support.
I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who wants to cultivate a quality breathwork practice.
Quiet, gentle voice. Lovely accent. So easy and peaceful to listen to.
