This podcast is a breath of fresh air. Cancer blew up my life and I was in a state of shock but you have no time to deal with that during treatment. Once treatment ends you don’t know how to process it all. Plus, life will never be the same again both mentally or physically. This podcast suggest tools to rebuild yourself back up and meet yourself where you are at that day.
