    Thank you for making this podcast! I am 40 and had two kids and went to the gym six years ago. I wanted so badly to lose weight. I had found some things on YouTube i was watching but it didn’t resonate as I was trying to fast and only resulting in sad skinny starving fat :( then I searched body recomposition and found this podcast.
