I was hoping for more encouragement on having a natural hospital birth, but the two episodes I listened to just made me afraid of hospitals. I get that Taylor hates hospitals, but if birth is all about mindset, I don’t want a mindset of stepping into enemy territory when I’m in labor. There is some good practical advice about unmedicated hospital births, but wrapped in hostile lingo towards doctors and hospitals. Makes me feel drained and more anxious.
This podcast is a game-changer! I love Taylor’s energy and content. It has helped me so much as a first time mom-to-be. I love when she shares her personal stories. The way she encourages us to make our own decisions and teaches us how to do it is SO appreciated. It’s helped me feel so much more prepared and confident. Highly recommend it to any expectant parent! 💛
