I was hoping for more encouragement on having a natural hospital birth, but the two episodes I listened to just made me afraid of hospitals. I get that Taylor hates hospitals, but if birth is all about mindset, I donโt want a mindset of stepping into enemy territory when Iโm in labor. There is some good practical advice about unmedicated hospital births, but wrapped in hostile lingo towards doctors and hospitals. Makes me feel drained and more anxious.
This podcast is a game-changer! I love Taylorโs energy and content. It has helped me so much as a first time mom-to-be. I love when she shares her personal stories. The way she encourages us to make our own decisions and teaches us how to do it is SO appreciated. Itโs helped me feel so much more prepared and confident. Highly recommend it to any expectant parent! ๐

A practical, empowerment-focused show guiding expectant parents through unmedicated birth in hospital settings. Episodes emphasize self-advocacy, careful provider selection, and proactive birth planning, with a recurring emphasis on building a trusted birth team, setting boundaries, and navigating hospital protocols. Listeners can expect a mix of actionable frameworks, personal birth stories, and strategies to manage fear, pain, and decision-making, all aimed at helping choose and own a birth experience aligned with values and medical readiness.
