I feel less alone listening to The Big Silence. Such a labor of love. Today I listened to episode 62 with the creator of the Therabody massage gun which was fascinating to me as a massage therapist and meditation teacher. Karena always asks insightful questions. She said it so articulately, “Out of your head and into you body…. Get out of your mind and into your heart.” You truly can’t think your way out of things. -Ann Swanson, MS

  • Yikes!

Please right a script. You’re all over the place. Blah blah blah without saying anything. Listen to Mel Robins or someone else who knows what they’re doing and then compare to what you’re doing. Just because you can have a podcast, doesn’t mean you should.

  • Learning and validating

I’ve learned so much from these podcasts and I’ve always thought Karena’s voice is very healing (from doing her meditations with Tone It Up) The issues discussed in the episodes hit close to home and I love hearing the stories of different individuals and how they are overcoming their mental illness. Very grateful for this podcast and this movement that Karena is creating with the foundation.

  • Uplifting and Empowering

After following Tone it Up for years and learning more about Karena Dawn’s personal journey, I knew her podcast was going to be informative, raw, and empowering.

This podcast brings in so many different and refreshing perspectives on mental health, wellness, and life. Some perspectives that may differ from one’s own catalogue of lived experiences or be on a different track of a different mindset. But that is the beauty of this podcast.
