  • So disappointed

I just started to listen to the podcast episode with Dr Anna Cabera.

I am aware she promotes vaccine skepticism not shared by the vast majority of the medical and scientific community so I was disappointed to see that you have chosen to promote that here. It just seems very irresponsible. I hope that the other women who

listen to this podcast and who belong to the TIU app will listen to their own doctors and the vast medical research on the safety and efficacy of vaccines and not this podcast.... more

  • Feels Like Home

Hearing Karina weekly is like a welcome home. I discovered Tone It Up back in 2013 and it's carried me through so many phases of my life. It's such an important part of my journey to who I am today and I couldn't be more thrilled or proud of Karina for taking ownership back of Tone It Up. The podcast feels like catching up with old friends along with learning valuable information to help us all in the stage of life we are now in.

Begin with the basics: assess daily movement, sleep, stress, and nutrition; emphasize consistency, light-to-moderate activity, and a practical plan that fits her life, then gradually build a targeted routine that supports energy and mood.
