Hearing Karina weekly is like a welcome home. I discovered Tone It Up back in 2013 and it's carried me through so many phases of my life. It's such an important part of my journey to who I am today and I couldn't be more thrilled or proud of Karina for taking ownership back of Tone It Up. The podcast feels like catching up with old friends along with learning valuable information to help us all in the stage of life we are now in.

This podcast has been a great addition to my Tuesday mornings. I am loving that perimenopause/menopause is part of the conversation. Makes me feel less alone. This pod is a great addition to the TIU world. - Jenn @jennlivessimply
