I like the subject matter, but between the ads and the host constantly giving shout-outs to people in the group, it was very annoying, disjointed and time consuming. I come for meat and potatoes and there was just too much garnish. He could have said all of the important stuff in 1/3 the time.

But all these Bible-based podcasts are the same in that they’re so preoccupied with being monetized that they put a bunch of ads within an episode, and it takes away from the episode. All these ads and exclusive content only for those who can afford it needs to stop poisoning these Christian podcasts.
