  • Brigid will change your life!

As someone who has tried every diet and struggled with body image for 30+ years, Brigid is a god send. Before she had this podcast I soaked up all the content I could from her, finally joined TBC and have lost over 30lbs in less than a year and a half, without counting calories and restriction. If you can’t pay for TBC yet, devour every podcast and save your money. I would give her every single penny again and more. Literally, my hero 😍

  • Life changing!

I had no idea until I came across Brigid that my body was screaming for better nutrition. And ironically, I thought I was eating healthy, doing the right things to support my body through perimenopause. Man was I wrong! Thankful for Brigid and her team for opening my eyes to what it really means to use food for health. Forever grateful! Since starting with her Being Collective, how I feel is night and day difference to before: no cravings, no bloat, better sleep, more energy, healthier nails and... more

Dr. Elizabeth Boham: Your Guide to Lowering Breast Cancer Risk: HRT, Nutrition, Anti-Cancer Foods, Mammograms & Toxins Explained
Q: What foods and dietary patterns stand out as potentially protective or risk-lowering for breast cancer?
Key pillars include heavy emphasis on balanced meals with protein, healthy fats, and fiber to control insulin; consuming colorful phytonutrient-rich foods like cruciferous vegetables and mushrooms; incorporating green tea and omega-3 rich foods; and avoiding excess alcohol. Organic choices are encouraged to reduce toxin exposure where possible.
Dr. Elizabeth Boham: Your Guide to Lowering Breast Cancer Risk: HRT, Nutrition, Anti-Cancer Foods, Mammograms & Toxins Explained
Q: What factors beyond genetics influence breast cancer risk, and how can women take control?
Genetics accounts for a minority of risk; lifestyle factors, gut health, toxins, and hormonal balance all interact to shape risk. Practical actions include reducing toxin exposure, balancing blood sugar with meals, increasing phytonutrient intake, prioritizing sleep and stress management, and tailoring screening and labs to individual risk.
GLP-1s, Weight Loss & Food Noise: What Women Over 35 Need to Know with Ashley Koff, RD
Q: What are the potential side effects or long-term concerns of GLP-1s, and how should patients be managed?
Side effects are often the body's response to the medication's action; management should involve careful dosing, addressing underlying dysfunction (digestion, hydration, lifestyle), and ongoing collaboration with a clinician who can adjust therapy as needed.
GLP-1s, Weight Loss & Food Noise: What Women Over 35 Need to Know with Ashley Koff, RD
Q: What is your take on the increased use of GLP-1s and where we are as a society today?
GLP-1s are a tool in the toolkit and should be used at the right time and dose for the right person; they help reveal how our body works and shouldn't replace a holistic, personalized approach with dietitians and clinicians.
Extreme Diets, Bloating, and Burnout: How Tara Reclaimed Her Health
Q: What progress did you notice once you started MyFoodIsHealth, especially early on?
She experienced early energy improvements after an elimination protocol, including reduced coffee intake and an overall sense of greater vitality within the first weeks, with further gains after the fasting-mimicking diet.
