  • Brigid will change your life!

As someone who has tried every diet and struggled with body image for 30+ years, Brigid is a god send. Before she had this podcast I soaked up all the content I could from her, finally joined TBC and have lost over 30lbs in less than a year and a half, without counting calories and restriction. If you can’t pay for TBC yet, devour every podcast and save your money. I would give her every single penny again and more. Literally, my hero 😍

  • Life changing!

I had no idea until I came across Brigid that my body was screaming for better nutrition. And ironically, I thought I was eating healthy, doing the right things to support my body through perimenopause. Man was I wrong! Thankful for Brigid and her team for opening my eyes to what it really means to use food for health. Forever grateful! Since starting with her Being Collective, how I feel is night and day difference to before: no cravings, no bloat, better sleep, more energy, healthier nails and... more

Kelly LeVeque: Blood Sugar Balance, Food Freedom, Creatine, Magnesium & Building a Wellness Empire
Q: Can you summarize the work you've been doing for the last 15 years?
Kelly explains that blood sugar balance has been the cornerstone of her approach, detailing how understanding macronutrients and hunger hormones led her to develop the Fab Four and a broader program that helps people balance energy, cravings, and hormonal health.
Top Glucose Hacks Every Woman Should Know (Especially During Pregnancy) | Glucose Goddess (Jessie Inchauspé)
Q: What are the four key nutrients you emphasize for pregnancy and why are they critical for the baby's brain development?
Choline, DHA, omega-3s, and protein are highlighted because they directly influence neuronal development, attention, memory, and overall brain maturation in the fetus; many mothers aren't meeting recommended intakes, and better intake is linked to measurable improvements in infant development and later cognitive outcomes.
Female Longevity Masterclass: Vaginal Estrogen, Red Light, Peptides, Stem Cells & Skin Health with Dr. Amy Killen
Q: What is your view on GLP-1 therapies for weight loss and metabolic health?
GLP-1 drugs are powerful for weight loss and metabolic health but should be paired with nutrition counseling and exercise to prevent rebound weight and ensure long-term benefits; dosing should be individualized and monitored.
Why Women Feel Different Throughout the Month — The Science Explained with Dr. Sarah E. Hill
Q: What should someone consider if they're thinking about stopping the pill or starting it, in terms of cycle changes and wellbeing?
Most people experience a temporary adjustment as cycling resumes after stopping the pill, with many returning to normal within a few months; it's important to monitor symptoms, seek medical guidance if PMDD or heavy irregularities occur, and understand that individual responses vary widely.
Why Women Feel Different Throughout the Month — The Science Explained with Dr. Sarah E. Hill
Q: How does hormonal birth control mechanistically affect the brain and body, beyond preventing pregnancy?
Hormonal birth control provides progestin and sometimes synthetic estrogen that suppress ovulation and lower natural hormone production, leading to a flatter hormonal profile, reduced estrogen surges, and downstream effects on mood, sexual desire, stress response, and brain chemistry.
