  • Why does Dr Krishnan have to say the word  "right" at the end of every other sentence? What a horrible vocal crutch, right? Unbearable, right? Just make your point and don't ask, "right". I had to stop listening after 5 minutes, right?

Q: How do you view methylene blue in the context of metabolic health?
In my view, methylene blue is not universally needed for metabolically healthy people, but it can provide a meaningful jumpstart for those with some mitochondrial dysfunction or under acute stress, such as travel or endurance events, when used at appropriate, low doses and sourced from clean suppliers.

Q: What is your elevator pitch for what you do now?
I describe myself as a clinician who helps patients optimize health through a telemedicine practice in Colorado, while also building products and a nonprofit that educate and train practitioners to implement a health optimization framework, including devices, supplements, and testing to support mitochondrial function.
