I was lucky enough to be interviewed by Kate for her podcast but there’s something you need to know…as I was blown away! I have to say Kate is the best interviewer. She asked me questions I’ve never been asked before, plus she knew her stuff! I normally don’t listen back to my episodes but I was laughing along with us! Everything about Kate’s podcast feels incredibly intentional and I just can’t get enough of her energy ~ thank you Kate, you’re a real life angel ✨

I discovered the podcast in 2020 when I was pregnant with my first, I was living in a different state to my family and closest friends and was cut off to them due to COVID. Listening to the awaken pregnancy podcast on my walks was comforting, like having a friend in my ear. The topics are varied and relevant and Kate’s interview style makes for interesting discussions.

Episode 88 was off. The host wasn’t very educated on the topic (obviously) and did no research prior to the interview in order to ask objective questions. Considering the guests were up on “studies” etc., the host should’ve questioned them about the studies done on pre-conception use of vitamins and how bad prenatal vitamins actually are (fillers, toxins, etc.) as well as the use of alcohol during pregnancy.
