I was looking for a podcast to listen to while driving to work that would give some quick tips about pregnancy and birth. I couldn’t have stumbled upon a better one! Liesel is so easy to listen to. Her being a labor nurse makes you feel much more confident about what she says regarding labor and birth because she’s not just talking about her own but about all the births she sees! As someone who’s been through pregnancy loss and complications, this really wasn’t the best podcast for me. Although she’s very sweet, the host talks about her own experiences which, aside from typical symptoms, make pregnancy sound pretty breezy. I couldn’t make it through the episodes on first trimester because I didn’t relate at all. Especially when she talks about barely even trying and getting pregnant right away, I wouldn’t want to take away from her experience and I’m so happy for people ... more
