I love getting updates in about 8 minutes while on my run. Also local angles on national headlines. Did you hear about that event coming up? Or that new building going up? Or gas prices going down? I did - all on the Austin Daily Drop!
I’ve been trying to cut down on the drip-drip of news coming in all day so this short snapshot is a nice alternative. Been listening several months now and the quality has consistently been high and dependable.
Love the quick summary. Keep up the great coverage, Chris!
I’ve been listening to this on Spotify since the first episode, but I had to come to Apple Podcasts in order to rate it. This is the closest I’ve felt to driving into work in the morning and having news on the radio in over a year. I deeply enjoy the quick info, the entire vibe of the daily drop, and the sense of normalcy that it provides. Will definitely continue to be a daily listener.
I just found this podcast a few days ago and I'm already looking forward to hearing the update each day. Keep up the great work!
