These three characters or coaches(i let you choose) are amazing! Really enjoy listening to the questions and perspectives they have. I have to refrain myself from binge listening. Maybe if I have a long indoor bike trainer ride. I will have to figure out ways to listen while doing chores or in the car(cage).

Using technology as a tool enhances training feedback and execution but can become detrimental if the athlete becomes too fixated on meeting specific metrics.
Train Your Mind Like You Train Your Body with Ashley Eckermann
Q: What advice would you give to a 15-year-old swimmer to help execute?
