And so relatable - Natalie’s calming approach helps me to get out of anxiety spirals. I would love an episode on how socialising with other people as a couple can trigger relationship anxiety (at least it does for me!)
Thank you for such genuine heartfelt advice. I feel like I’m sitting on the couch with my BFF who is also part therapist part coach. 👍🌼
After having relationship anxiety for 5 years now, I feel like I can totally identify with everything she’s saying. I’ve either been there or am currently still struggling. I know she keeps talking about the sound but I actually really like it. It reminds me of Sheryl Paul’s podcast to an extent where you just have to get used to their vibe and then you realize how much it actually matches the heart of the content. Bravo! Keep it up. I’ll be buying your courses soon.
She’s doing great work but there something about the audio that is just not great. It’s like ASMR-y which doesn’t work for me…
