  • Don’t Waste Your Time

Do not listen to these women. Both are still riddled with anxiety and showcase it regularly on their social media. They don’t have any solutions and will just talk in circles like they are on a therapist’s couch. Ironic as Alison is a trained therapist but lives a very sad-looking life. There is constant interruption and the overuse of the word “like” that drives me nuts. There is nothing to be gained from these episodes.

  • Helpful, thanks

It’s interesting how people that struggle with anxiety/depression have all these similar attributes. You guys hit a lot of them dead on and it’s nice to hear that it’s not “just me” going through this one odd thing. The only thing that irks me is the audio editing - what the heck is happening? Sometimes you guys sound like a CD player that skips. No need to chop the audio so much - post it as it is (maybe with a bit of editing - but not in the middle of someone talking). Also, the transition to ... more

  • What is this?

Listening to an old 2023 episode on panic disorder and the younger gal is all over the place, the other one is trying to manage her throughout the episode. I get trying to make your experience to the episode, but this isn’t helpful. Nagging about your experience is annoying.

  • My Favorite Podcast

I love listening to this podcast when I’m feeling anxious because it feels like chatting with two friends who know exactly what you’re going through. When I feel down, they remind me I am not alone, and many people are going through the same thing as me. I highly, highly recommend you take a listen <3.
