When I am feeling anxious, I play a couple of these podcasts and it brings me back to my baseline.
Do not listen to these women. Both are still riddled with anxiety and showcase it regularly on their social media. They don’t have any solutions and will just talk in circles like they are on a therapist’s couch. Ironic as Alison is a trained therapist but lives a very sad-looking life. There is constant interruption and the overuse of the word “like” that drives me nuts. There is nothing to be gained from these episodes.

It’s interesting how people that struggle with anxiety/depression have all these similar attributes. You guys hit a lot of them dead on and it’s nice to hear that it’s not “just me” going through this one odd thing. The only thing that irks me is the audio editing - what the heck is happening?
