It’s interesting how people that struggle with anxiety/depression have all these similar attributes. You guys hit a lot of them dead on and it’s nice to hear that it’s not “just me” going through this one odd thing. The only thing that irks me is the audio editing - what the heck is happening? Listening to an old 2023 episode on panic disorder and the younger gal is all over the place, the other one is trying to manage her throughout the episode. I get trying to make your experience to the episode, but this isn’t helpful. Nagging about your experience is annoying.
I love listening to this podcast when I’m feeling anxious because it feels like chatting with two friends who know exactly what you’re going through. When I feel down, they remind me I am not alone, and many people are going through the same thing as me. I highly, highly recommend you take a listen <3.
