Misinformed and unorganized arguments. Came here to learn and left with more conviction. A for effort but not a compelling analysis
Thank you for this stellar reporting highlighting the ecology of the far right in the US and the role of anti-trans hate in their movement. This is critical and essential listening.
This brings all the pieces together as to how and why trans rights are being systematically attacked right now. A must listen.
Being able to understand your ideological opponents’ point of view is necessary to counter their influence. Unfortunately, you won’t find that here. It’s all weak strawmen and caricatures. I’m not sure if it’s caused by intellectual laziness, a cognitive inability to grasp that people have their own worldviews that differ from yours, or simply writing to coddle a specific audience. Regardless, the show is worthless for most people.
I’ve been listening to this podcast since the beginning and am always blown away about how thoughtful every season is!
