  • Valuable, rich content

I have learnt a great deal from Andrew’s podcast and his YouTube channel. A lot of real life examples which look at the good, bad and the ugly. You learn a lot from hearing the problems, the decisions made and the raw numbers. The open book episodes are particularly interesting and useful. If you want to learn how to set up Meta and understand how the platform ticks - then this is for you. I am a bid cap convert. I recommend investing your time in these episodes.

  • Thorough and Thoughtful Podcast

Lots of nuggets and insights to running your business and essential for entrepreneurs in my opinion. Latest episode with Mike Beckham was amazing. Not typical but really makes you look introspective and how you want to build your business and what matters. Thanks for constantly putting out great content.

  • One of the best ecommerce podcasts

Thank you for all the valuable information Andrew. I’m a long time listener and you help me a lot.

One feedback, if I may, if you can do something about your microphone that would be great. Sometimes it’s hard to hear you with my ipods on the highest volume.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

New Data Confirms That Incremental Attribution Outperforms Standard Attribution On Meta Ads - Olivia Kory
Q: What did Haus Analytics' fresh data show about incremental attribution versus standard attribution?
Haus's data indicates incremental attribution is now edging out standard attribution on average, with a rising ratio and more green indicators in charts, especially in the 2025-2026 period, suggesting IA is often superior though not universally so.
Breaking Down Grüns' Offer Building Strategy With Their Team
Q: How many tests did it take to arrive at the current gift-with-purchase you described, and how are you deploying those tests mechanically?
The team uses a simple show/hide approach with CSS to test product forms that include the offer versus those that don't, alongside on-site copy variations and traffic targeting to isolate the impact of each element; results are tracked over several weeks to capture long-tail effects and inform winners.
Breaking Down Grüns' Offer Building Strategy With Their Team
Q: When you say there's tailoring to hit each persona, talk to me about where that process starts.
The process starts with a strong creative strategy team doing market research and testing to understand who is taking the product and how to communicate its use case, followed by an CRO team that crafts landing-page copy and imagery to mirror the ads, before the final architectural decision on the offer. This foundation then supports scalable testing of different gifts and templates.
Ezra Firestone: Nothing Has Changed In Ecom In 20 Years
Q: What hasn't changed about the promise you make to customers, given different avatars and experiences?
Promises remain relevant when they target specific consumer avatars with specific experiences; understanding the customer and crafting messages that address their exact problems is the key, while ensuring the product lives up to that promise.
Ezra Firestone: Nothing Has Changed In Ecom In 20 Years
Q: Ezra, what has not changed in ecommerce in your time in it?
Nothing has changed. The fundamentals are the product, the promise (marketing), and the operation; other things may morph, but the core structure stays the same.
