  • Great content, bad audio

I love these guys and their content. I can’t listen to the podcast because EVERY other WORD is LOUD and THEN soft. IT gives ME a HEADACHE. It’s like one of the hosts’ mic is on a string swinging by his mouth like a pendulum. Get a mic that stays the same distance from your mouth and I’ll listen to every episode! Please please!!

  • Advertising agency that doesn’t advertise

Imagine hiring an advertising agency and they tell you to fix your margins, reduce fixed costs, and launch better products.

Like, duh. Maybe some people need a podcast and to pay 5 figure monthly retainers to figure that out but pretty crazy.

There is still occasional nuggets of gold but crazy to me how little is actually about ADVERTISING

Do This to Scale Your CPG Brand — Guaranteed
Q: What exactly is hourly API scaling and how does it differ from traditional scaling approaches?

Why 8-Figure Brands Waste Days Finger-Pointing When Results Miss (And the Fix)
Q: What's our approach to avoiding finger-pointing when problems arise across multiple vendors or channels?
We establish a single source of truth tied to the business outcome, define clear daily targets by channel, and align all vendors to influence the same objective rather than each chasing their own KPIs.
Cashmas in July: Turn Q3 Inventory Into Q4 Cash

It's a marketing-driven program designed to liquidate stale inventory in Q3 so brands gain cash to fund bigger, more aggressive bets in Q4, ultimately driving stronger Black Friday and holiday performance.
Your Unsold Inventory Is Costing You More Than You Think
Q: So I'm curious to get some tactical specifics around ways that this sort of inventory liquidation move has worked in the past.
Anmar discusses a structured approach: assess inventory and velocity, decide how aggressively to discount, and create a dedicated production pack with emails, landing pages, and ads that target the specific skew, all while keeping evergreen assets running.
