I honestly struggle with podcast. I rarely find them that engaging and a lot of times they’re recorded in such a way that it’s hard for my brain to stay focused. This was great actually you’re charming. You have a pleasant voice. Your cadence is enjoyable. You keep a nice rhythm and you give factual inspiring information That makes me want to tune in and follow the rest of your stuff
Between reminding me that I can do hard things and strategy, I also get some much needed call outs.
I get to grow and choose to be better.
It’s so far away but remembering to plan ahead for Christmas and Black Friday is such an important reminder. Excited to implement all the information talk about in this podcast.
I am one episode in and already obsessed with this podcast. Peeling apart the old beliefs and really poking holes in them to see where they come from, what they are about, and replacing them. It’s all about unlearning and Dr. Liz, this is so needed. Thank you.
Ok, Dr. Liz, you just going to come out here, call out all my money making beliefs that keep me trapped in the rat race AND help me fix them —- in a busy mom friendly podcast??
