I honestly struggle with podcast. I rarely find them that engaging and a lot of times they’re recorded in such a way that it’s hard for my brain to stay focused. This was great actually you’re charming. You have a pleasant voice. Your cadence is enjoyable. You keep a nice rhythm and you give factual inspiring information That makes me want to tune in and follow the rest of your stuff
Between reminding me that I can do hard things and strategy, I also get some much needed call outs.
I get to grow and choose to be better.
It’s so far away but remembering to plan ahead for Christmas and Black Friday is such an important reminder. Excited to implement all the information talk about in this podcast.
I am one episode in and already obsessed with this podcast. Peeling apart the old beliefs and really poking holes in them to see where they come from, what they are about, and replacing them. It’s all about unlearning and Dr. Liz, this is so needed. Thank you.
Ok, Dr. Liz, you just going to come out here, call out all my money making beliefs that keep me trapped in the rat race AND help me fix them —- in a busy mom friendly podcast??
Because I am ABSOLUTELY grateful and about to BINGE THEM ALLLLLL!!! Muahahahaha!
Liz always helps me see money, life, and business from a new perspective. If you haven’t listened to this podcast, you better start. Her wisdom is priceless
I love this woman. She is so good at breaking things down and involving some great analogies that really hit home for me. I wish I had this girl on speed dial for some real talk whenever I needed it! 💚💚
I am reminded my entire day can be filled with Disney magic ❤️ It inspired me to have my coffee in my own Disney mug and intentionally enjoy the time I have with myself and what the year 2024 gave me. 2024 we took a lot of trips to Florida. It’s exciting that we took this step and I want to feel connected with that time and take action to plan more trips and move in December 2025. I GET to feel Disney magic all day to take all the action. Thank you for this episode👏
Fulfillment First will blow your mind!
Mama, you CAN do it all! AND you GET to do it all!
Most importantly, you get to prioritize you ❤️
Dr. Liz is a main reason I am becoming the mom and person I’ve always wanted to be, thanks Liz XOXOX
Fulfillment means something different to everyone. When we get clear on what fulfillment means to us, we can then call it in. The more specific we are, the more fulfillment we’ll experience. And that ripples into other aspects of our lives.
I just started watching this and I’m so excited to implement what I’m learning. I spent all of last year stressed so making sure that I spend this year in alignment and fulfillment is a priority for me. So far the tips from this podcast have really helped with that goal!
I’m not a mama, but The Aligned Mama by Liz DeFinnis is my new go-to for all things aligned action! Liz has a way of breaking down big concepts into actionable steps that feel so doable — and dare I say, even fun. Whether you’re juggling kids or just life, this show is a gem for anyone looking to create more flow and alignment. Highly recommend! 👏✨
This episode was a great reminder that I get to put fulfillment first and everything I do
And that if I’m not happy with something I get to be the change
Before Covid, most of my identity was wrapped around my career in performing. That caused me to pivot and grieve, but I was able to become a step-parent. But that isn’t my identity either.
As I have grown into new roles, finding fulfillment first and alignment allows me to figure out who I am as an individual outside of those roles.
Liz has turned my world upside down…in the best way possible ❤️
I am becoming a better, person, wife and mom because of her advice, guidance and wisdom. It is so important to find happiness within ourselves before any external validation which is so opposite how our society conditions us. Thank you Liz!
