  • This is more than just another alcohol free podcast!

If you’re into your positive physiology based around being alcohol free then this a must listen to podcast. For men and women! This isn’t about simply consuming af drinks…more of a dive into why we think what we think, what we do, and therefore our actions and finally the results.

Every week the episodes continue to resonate with me, my values and my goals, and it really feels like I’m getting some real life coaching…and it’s free! (The least I can do is write this review!)
