Alex and Katy have fantastic chemistry and complement each other beautifully as hosts! I’m a longtime listener of Katy’s “Women & ADHD” podcast, where I heard Alex share her story for the first time a couple of years ago. I’ve since become Alex’s coaching client, and she has been instrumental in my growth, self-discovery, and self-advocacy post-diagnosis. I got a lot out of the first two podcast episodes of The ADHD Lounge and cannot wait for more!
