I found this through the Women and ADHD podcast (also a must listen) and it never ceases to surprise me how almost everything is sooooo relatable! I’ve been bingeing both these podcasts and it’s so down to earth, relatable, extremely validating and I always learn something new! Thank you for all you both do!!!
As a person with ADHD, I find so much of Alex and Katy’s discussions deeply relatable and also incredibly insightful. Every topic they cover feels relevant to me, and they approach it in a way that feels helpful, encouraging, and non judgmental. I love the guests they have brought on so far and I feel like they do a great job picking important discussion topics. You feel like you’re there in the room for the conversation, too. You’ll definitely walk away with new ways to see your ADHD and how to... more
Alex and Katy have fantastic chemistry and complement each other beautifully as hosts! I’m a longtime listener of Katy’s “Women & ADHD” podcast, where I heard Alex share her story for the first time a couple of years ago. I’ve since become Alex’s coaching client, and she has been instrumental in my growth, self-discovery, and self-advocacy post-diagnosis. I got a lot out of the first two podcast episodes of The ADHD Lounge and cannot wait for more!
Listening to Alex and Katy was awesome. They are Real, Raw and Resourceful. They lend interesting insight without feeling judgmental. Definitely on my list of shows I will listen to on the regular.
