  • Coughing

I currently have a viral infection-lots and lots of coughing. Thankfully it is usually productive. Also loved your lemon/ honey/ hot water trio which I was drinking already!

  • Dealing With Injuries

The coughing podcast was great. I’ve got a cold and the cough is ramping up. I would have liked to have heard more about the pelvic floor involvement and some exercises to prepare it for coughing. Thanks for a great show.

  • Guests should be treated with respect!

I like Ms. Bowman’s work, but I truly dislike when she has a guest on her podcast. It is very difficult to listen to her talk over and repeatedly one – up her guests. Why have a guest on if you seem to know more than the guest does Marc
