Excellent listen! I’m a 26 year old freeski coach & wilderness expedition guide and am 9 months out from my 4th knee surgery/ 2nd ACL. I’ve been listening to these and incorporated many ideas into my recovery plan to hit targets and stay relatively pain free. Always trying to learn more about the ACL process and Ravi makes it interesting and engaging. Especially to bridge the gap of knowledge between the an athlete and the ACL professional team.
Just starting our journey with our son who tore his ACL 4 weeks ago and the amount of information we have already gained from this podcast is so helpful. Knowledge is power and also gives confidence that we are on the right track.
Amazing podcast. Super informative and incredibly encouraging with practical applications and tangible tools.

I came across the episode on cyclops lesions and realized very quickly this might be my issue. I spoke with my amazing PT and he had already been thinking the s... more
This podcast has been so beyond helpful with my ACL journey! The format makes it so easy to information on really specific topics- I’ve tried googling a lot of my questions but never find the answers I’m looking for. Have implemented and shared a lot of what I have learned and I over all feel much more educated on the process. I definitely recommend listening to this while doing rehab exercises!
Love this podcast! I had never really been into podcasts before I had torn my Acl in February this year. And I was searching around for more information and just happened upon your podcast and ever since I’ve been going through and listening to all of the episodes. It has been so helpful to add on to what my physio has been able to tell me. Since I only can see her twice a week for 30mins and the way you explain everything it just gives so much more background information to all my questions. It... more
