Found this podcast at my lowest, after feeling isolated following my ACL surgery. The information on the podcasts is vast and has given me a better understanding of my own progress on my recovery journey and helped me to build up my own confidence in the way I do my rehab. Thank you so much for making this. I would recommend this to anyone who is going through an ACL injury or Rehab.
Just starting my ACL journey and was frustrated that I couldn’t find an athlete perspective.
I wish I had this resource for acl #1 and #2. Now on #3 and finding so many helpful bits that are both corrective of past experiences and really help me to be just better informed about the recovery process, the medical model and listening to what I need, as well as giving me language to advocate for myself. This podcast and the people that put their heart into creating this, are rockstars. I can’t thank you enough for putting this out to the world.

This has guided me to a great physical therapist and the podcast is engaging and understandable... more
